What are the costs of membership?

Trainers: $9.99 per month

Trainees: $24.99 per month, which includes access to customized nutrition guidance and strength & conditioning plans.

Note: Private coaching sessions are available for an additional fee.

 

How do I edit my personal information?

To edit your information, navigate to the dashboard under the dropdown menu below your name. Once in the dashboard, you may edit your profile and training profile.

What personal information is disclosed?

On your trainer profile viewed by parents/athletes, your phone number and home address will not be disclosed. Your town/zip code, will be

disclosed along with your name, age, profile picture, sport, rate and bio.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, you may navigate to the dashboard and click “change password”. If you forgot your password, on the login screen,

click “Forgot password?” and enter your email address.

How do I upload a photo to my account?

To upload a picture to your profile, navigate to “My Profile” in the drop down menu under your name in the upper right corner. Click the

pencil icon to upload a picture from computer.

How can parents/caregivers or athletes see my profile?

Parents/caregivers or athletes will search their zipcode and desired sport. If you are in their set radius and training in the sport they are

searching for, your profile will be displayed.

How will I know if a parent/caregiver/athlete is interested?

If a parent/caregiver/athlete is interested in connecting, they will be able to send a message to you directly. When you receive a message,

you will also receive an email to notify you. Navigate to the dropdown menu, and click on messages to view all messages.

Is a background check run?

We do not run a background check on trainers. We advise parents/caregivers to verify the information on the trainers profile.

How do I edit my payment method on file?

To edit the payment you have on file, navigate to the drop down menu or dashboard and click “Payments”. From there, you can click

“Add/update new credit card” to edit the card on file.

payments will be displayed.

I messaged a trainer- what now?

The trainer and parents/caregivers/athletes will communicate find a local and convenient time, place and means of payment. It is up to the

parent/caregiver to decide to stay and watch the session or pick up the athlete when it ends.

Is group training an option?

Group training is an available option on the flowtrainers platform. If trainers are open to group training, they may check a box “open to

group training” which will then appear on their profile. To discuss rates and group numbers, reach out to the trainer directly.

For parents: How do I pay the trainer?

Payments to the trainers will be made off of the platform. You may ask the trainer their preferred method of payments and discuss payment methods with them.

For trainers: How do I find a space?

To find a space, we recommend looking up public parks in your area.

For trainers: Can I sign up for multiple sports? What are the costs?

To sign up for an additional sport, navigate to your dashboard, select training profile, and select “add new training profile”. The additional sport also costs $39.99 to activate, and a $5.99 monthly fee.
