Furthermore, there is no guarantee from Flow Trainers that:

i.  the application's functionality will satisfy the user's needs.;

ii. The Application shall be available without interruption, promptly, in a secure environment, without bugs or faults, and        without viruses, worms, or other potentially dangerous software.;

iii. the outcomes that can be attained by using the application will be correct or trustworthy, or

iv. errors will be fixed. You and not Flow Trainers are obligated to pay the entire cost of any service, maintenance, or modification that might be necessitated for your computer software or hardware due to viruses, malfunctions, or any other issues you might have as a consequence of using this application.

Liability limitations

In no event shall Flow Trainers be responsible for any losses or harm, whether in an activity of contract, irresponsibility, or other tortious action, originating from or in correlation with the utilization or operation of the application or data given in the application, including any straight, special, customary, consequential, dissuasive or other losses, that may occur from the use of, or the incapability to utilize, the application, or any items purchased from the application.

Force Majeure

For any inability or delay in efficiency brought on by events beyond its effective control, including but not primarily confined to activities of God, violence, terrorist activities, civil unrest, embargoes, acts of civil or military law enforcement agencies, fire, floods, disasters, system failures brought on by equipment and software failure and telecommunications failures, power failures, network issues, or inadequacies of third-party service providers (including providers of internet service), Flow Trainers is not liable.

Breach

Flow Trainers may warn you, restrict, discontinue, or suspend your activity on the application if you violate our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, or our Warranty and Return policy. You commit not to hold Flow Trainers culpable for any inconvenience or harm you may experience due to Flow Trainers taking any of the steps mentioned above. Any such action shall be conducted at Flow Trainers' sole discretion.

Applicable Law and related jurisdictions

The legal provisions of country, without prejudice to its regulations on conflicts of law, shall govern these terms of service and any issues arising out of or relating to them (whether for violation of the contract, intentional torts activity, or other reasons). You now understand and submit to the universal jurisdiction of such country courts with reverence to any enforcement proceedings, suits, or proceedings arising out of these Terms of Service (whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, or other reasons). No aspect of these Terms of Service shall be regarded as waived by Flow Trainers, regardless of whether Flow Trainers receives any compensation or if someone relies on Flow Trainers' conduct. Only a special, written waiver signed by a Flow Trainers' authorized representative shall be legally binding.

No Legal Effect

The section designations in these Terms of Service and in our Privacy Policy, Limited Warranty, and Return Policy are just for convenience and have no legal or contractual significance. 

Limitation of Actions

A claim based on these terms and conditions can be brought up to a year after the claim's original cause of action, except for a claim for nonpayment.
