The firm Flow Trainers Inc. ("Company" or "we," "our," or "us") owns and operates the application Flow Trainers ("The Application")

We cherish the confidence you place in us and honor your right to confidentiality. In light of this, we have adopted the following privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy"):

Demographic and personal data

However, we'll regard such information as personal data anytime we link your personal information to use data or a device identifier.

Use of Information by Us.

We may use your Personal Information, Demographic Information, or Usage Information that we collect about you:

viii. to provide you with specific retail or other marketing possibilities by telemarketing, direct mailings, emails, and SMS messaging;

ix.  in order to conduct internal business; and

x.  for the reasons specified when you give your information or in another manner described in this Privacy Policy.

Please understand that the Application's "contact us" or other similar functions could not reply to your message on certain occasions.

3)  Third party information disclosure

In particular, we will never divulge your Personal Information to a different entity or third party without your explicit consent.

We may provide aggregated user analytics, usage patterns, and other non-personally identifying data to third parties. If we disclose any of this information to third parties, they must secure it in line with their privacy standards.

Third party service providers operating on our behalf

We may use third-party service providers for some tasks related to the Application, such as hosting it, creating and/or administering its features, and gathering statistics. To help them with the activity they are carrying out for you or us, we could provide these suppliers access to user data, including Personal Information. Although we occasionally use third-party insights service providers to appraise and grant us data concerning how the Application is utilized and how our content is viewed, we do not give these analytics service providers access to your Personal Information. Contests and promotions.

Through the Application, we could run sweepstakes, challenges, and other promotions (each a "Promotion") that may necessitate signup. By actively participating in a Promotion, you consent to the statutory policies that govern that Promotion. These regulations could have specific obligations for you, such as authorizing the Promotion's sponsor to use your name, voice, and image in sales promotion. Suppose you opt to take part in a promotion. iv. to safeguard and uphold the Terms of Service or any other rules that pertain to the Application, including investigating potential violations;

v. to respond to any queries, court orders, administrative appeals, or different legal processes if we believe, in due diligence, that complying with them is permitted or authorized by law; we believe, in good faith, that doing so is necessary or authorized by law;

Business transfer.

For internal purposes, we could disclose your information to our partners and affiliates, including your Personal Information, Demographic Information, and Usage Information. Additionally, we retain the authority to release and distribute all such information to a succeeding owner, co-owner, or operator of the Application or relevant database; or in correlation with a corporate merger, integration, restructuring, the sale of nearly all of our membership interests and assets; or in relation with any additional corporate change, including during any due diligence procedure.

4)  Public data disclosure

Public data and user-generated content. 

Any information you publicly disclose or otherwise transmit through the Application is not governed by this privacy policy. We renounce all obligation for any content or material you submit publicly through the Application, including for its correctness, use, or misuse.

5)  Third party content and links to third party sites in application

The Application often includes material supplied by a third party. When web pages from the Application are transmitted to your browser, those third-party entities may gather information about how people use their websites and your Device Identifier. Furthermore, the Application may redirect you to other websites run and administered by independent third parties that we do not control when you utilize it. The privacy policies implemented by any of these third-party websites are not our obligation. For instance, if you "click" on an ad, you may be redirected to another website and away from the Application.

Different websites could be displayed in "baby browsers" inside the Application. They might transmit their cookies, gather data by themselves or solicit you for Personal Information. They may or may not have their own declared privacy policies. Before providing any Personal Information to any third-party websites, we advise you to take notice of when you quit our Application and read the privacy policies of all relevant third-party websites.

6) Third party ads on the application

The Application includes content from our advertisers, associates, and other charity institutions. In addition, we could use network marketers from third parties to serve you adverts in the Application. We may also engage independent statistic service providers to review and give us statistics about how the Application is used and how our material is viewed. Network advertisers are private enterprises that serve you with adverts according to your application usage and other websites.

We may display adverts for items and services you might be intrigued in through using third-party ad serving. The third-party ad network providers, the marketers, the funders, and traffic evaluation services may separately set and connect their cookies (including flash cookies), web beacons, and other tracking technologies on your Device and monitor specific behavioral relevant data users of your Device via a Device Identifier. b)  assist in delivering advertising to you that may be of interest; and

It should be noted that any images or other elements of a website provided by third parties in conjunction with third-party cookies may operate as web beacons, allowing third parties to do the operations mentioned above. Web beacons and third-party cookies, including flash cookies, are subject to the confidentiality policies of each independent third party, not this one. This privacy statement does not cover the advanced techniques of these third-party advertisers to gather information or how they utilize the data they collect. We make no claims regarding the principles or commercial conduct of third-party network advertisers.

7) Adjustment of Personal Information and Communication Preferences

You take responsibility for keeping the data you provide accurate, including any contact details you give us when you signup. Through your account page, you may make any required modifications to these details.

8) Acceptance on the transfer of data to the US

The Application is hosted in the US. Please be advised that any data we collect from you, including Personal Information, will be conveyed to, analyzed, and kept in the United States if you reside outside the state. Your Personal Information may be susceptible to disclosure demands from authorities, courts, or enforcement agencies in the United States under American laws, which may differ from those of the region in which you are situated. You commit to the transmission, analysis, and storage of your information in the United States as a result of using the Application or giving us any information.

9) Restricted age for children

Since the application is geared toward all users, we do not deliberately gather any personal data of kids under the age of thirteen (13) unless a parent explicitly submits it. If we subsequently find that a user is under the age of thirteen, we will eliminate any personal data we have obtained from them. 

10) Security

To assist in maintaining and securing your Personal Information, we adopt commercially reasonable security precautions. To strengthen user data's safety, authenticity, and confidentiality, we maintain physical, digital, and management processes and procedures. Only those staff who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities are allowed access to Personal Information. We also advise our staff members on securing personal information and restricting unauthorized parties from accessing, disseminating, or using it. All our staffers who have access to confidential information must follow this policy. We shall keep an eye on new technical developments and implement them as necessary to help protect the confidentiality and accuracy of user records.

No electronic data transfer or storage can ever be completely safe. Therefore, considering that we cannot guarantee the security of any information you communicate, you use our Application and provide us with your information at your discretion.
